2005-2007
Luyu was officially established in July 2005, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million.
Upgraded the production process by introducing an automated electrostatic powder coating line from Ningbo, equipped with a powder coating center and an electrophoretic coating center, achieving zero-emission coating process standards.
2008-2010
Applied for and registered the "Luyu" trademark, marking the beginning of the company's brand-building journey.
Established a nationwide sales and service network, laying the foundation for subsequent market expansion.
2011-2012
Obtained 39 national patents, including design patents and utility model patents for products such as loaders and forklifts.
Passed the ISO 9001:2008 International Quality Management System Certification and obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License.
2013-2015
Established more than 800 sales outlets and three after-sales service stations nationwide.
Expanded the product portfolio to include compact loaders, forklifts, sweepers, snow removal equipment, and other product series.
2016-2017
Obtained more than 30 national patents, became the Shandong New Energy Machinery Demonstration Base, the Laizhou Digital Smart Factory Demonstration Base, and was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
Launched 3T–7T counterbalanced forklifts and 18T–60T telescopic forklifts.
Cooperated with universities and research institutes, increasing annual R&D investment by 50%.
2018-2020
Signed a cooperation agreement with an Indian agricultural machinery company, opening a new chapter in international development.
Promoted intelligent manufacturing transformation by building three domestic intelligent manufacturing production lines, achieving a daily production capacity of 200 forklifts and an annual output of 50,000 units.
2021-2022
Expanded into 70 international markets, including Europe and North America, with annual sales revenue exceeding RMB 200 million.
Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a German engineering machinery company to jointly develop new products.
Recognized as a Shandong Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise and certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
2023-2025
Promoted digital intelligent manufacturing by signing the Local Enterprise Efficient Cooperation Framework Agreement and establishing a Research & Practice Base with China Agricultural University.
Selected as a 2025 Provincial Smart Factory in Shandong Province, with the factory officially named Luyu Smart Manufacturing Factory.
Owns 118 patents, 3 software copyrights, and 13 qualification certificates.
Established an overseas subsidiary in East Asia, rapidly expanding the East Asian market.
